If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method (for online purchases only).
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refund will be issued upon receiving undamaged items.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Item(s) must be in original unused condition - all tags, cards, boxes/pouches must be included with your return.

Shipping Policy
At Bell Cottage we strive to process and pack orders on a daily basis. Your order will ship out of Burbank, CA the next business day via USPS.
Depending on your location, shipment could take 1-14 business days to reach you.
We are offering free shipping in the U.S. for orders over $100.00
Bell Cottage will apply a TRACKING NUMBER to your order confirmation email upon shipping. PLEASE check the delivery status of your package until received. Once the package is deemed delivered, and the tracking is confirmed BELL COTTAGE is no longer responsible for your order.
